This product is absolutely amazing. I am in my late thirties and fine lines were abundant on my face. Two weeks in of taking it (almost) consistently and the fine lines on my cheeks near my mouth and nose are almost gone. My skin is so smooth that the fine lines on my forehead that never bothered me are driving me crazy because the rest of my skin is beautiful. It is made in the body by eating niacin-rich foods such as fish, poultry, nuts, legumes, eggs, and cereal grains. As we get older our body will still make nicotinamide but at a slower rate which can often cause a deficiency. I don't eat a lot of food that are niacin rich so I thought I would try this out. I have tried so many things to increase my energy and for the first time I found something that actually works. But not only that my face has become softer, not so dry, and it's plumper. Now bear with me, as good as the results I am experiencing are, it does take TIME to see these results. I am on my second bottle now and the energy continues to be a constant in my life. I work 50 plus hours a week and this has definitely changed my outlook each day. When you are always tired who wants to do anything? Your attitude changes. This has affected me in more ways than one. I don't usually write reviews, but only if the product exceeds my expectations. Well. This is one of them. I purchased it for its advertised anti-aging benefits. While I haven't noticed changes in my skin yet, this product unexpectedly resolved two long-standing issues I had for years: severe hair loss and chronic insomnia. I've tried everything: therapist, hormones, scalp treatments, scalp massages, shampoos, serum, mask, massager, electro-frequency, supplements for both problems, thyroid meds, and melatonin. I stopped caffeine, and nothing worked. Let me tell you, this product works for me TREMENDOUSLY. Sorry for the capital. Within a week, I started to see the difference in my sleep, and my hair loss stopped completely. My hair is more substantial, I feel a little thicker, and I quickly detangle it. I save money on detangle products. This product is my prayer to God answered. This supplement and my sleeping meds allow me to enjoy a longer, deeper sleep. It is easy to swallow, the caps' standard size doesn't leave any taste, and it is valuable for money.
